Asana 8” Training System

Modular 4’ x 3’ Landing Pads for Home & Commercial Training Walls – Ships Free

Looking for the right padding for your home climbing wall or training board—but need something easier to ship, move, and store?

The Asana 8” Palletized Training System delivers the same professional-grade impact protection and dual-density foam construction as our standard Training Systems, configured entirely with 4’ x 3’ modular pads for maximum flexibility and simplified freight.

This system is ideal for climbers who want gym-level performance in a format that’s easier to handle in real-world home spaces.

Designed and built in-house by our sewing team and fabricators, each pad is quality-checked before being stuffed with high-performance foam and palletized for shipment. Like all Asana systems, it’s built to last—and built to be serviced, repaired, and refreshed over time.

Built for Training

This 8” Training System is designed for fixed training areas that may need occasional breakdown or storage.

Ideal for:

- Home climbing walls and woodies
- Campus and system boards
- Kilter Board, Tension Board, and MoonBoard setups
- Garage gyms and shared-use spaces
- Movement training and aerial arts

If you train hard but can’t leave a permanent floor installed 24/7, this system gives you flexibility without sacrificing protection.

Why the 4'x 3' Palletized System?

This configuration uses 48” x 36” x 8” pads exclusively, making it:

- Easier to ship (arrives palletized)
- More economical freight-wise (Ships Free to lower 48)
- Easier to move and reposition
- Easier to store in stacked format when not in use
- Ideal for garages and multipurpose rooms

Every pad connects securely with Velcro perimeter attachment and seam covers. The included ballistic topper creates a seamless, continuous landing surface once installed.

Modular Footprints

Choose your configuration in order notes. Order multiple pallets to expand coverage.

Example configurations:

  • 12 Pads - 9' x 16' or 12' x 12'
  • 15 Pads - 12' x 15' or 9' x 20'
  • 16 Pads - 12' x 16'
  • 18 Pads - 12' x 18' or 9' x 24'
  • 20 Pads - 12' x 20' or 15' x 16'

Need a different layout? Custom padding is available starting at 100 square feet (extended lead times may apply). Have any questions? Please contact us at mail@asanaclimbing.com for more information.

Dual-Density Foam That Holds Up

Each pad uses Asana’s proven dual-density foam architecture:

- High-quality open-cell foam for impact absorption
- Closed-cell layer for impact dispersion and long-term performance
- Layered construction that allows foam refresh instead of full replacement

You can replace foam layers down the road instead of replacing the entire system—protecting your investment long-term.

Built Tough. Easy to Maintain.

Pad Shells:

- Rugged 1000D nylon
- Triple-stitched stress points
- Integrated drag handles
- Velcro perimeter connection system
- Removable seam covers
- Easy foam access for service and repairs

1680D Ballistic Nylon Topper (Included):

- Eliminates exposed seams for a continuous landing surface
- Water-resistant for easy spot cleaning
- Hook Velcro perimeter attachment
- Fully removable for service and repair

The system functions with seam covers alone, but the topper provides a clean, professional finish.

WARNING

We always recommend creating as big of a landing zone as possible. Current best practices are to have padding at 8 feet from the plumb everywhere in the landing zone.
