Limited Warranty
Asana Climbing warrants that the product will meet the specifications stated in the instructions and information, and Asana Climbing agrees to replace the product free of charge if the product does not conform to the specifications. Notice for replacement must be given within 30 days of the discovery of the defect. In consideration of the above warranties by Asana Climbing, the buyer agrees to and accepts the following conditions:
That this warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied;
That ALL WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE HEREBY EXCLUDED AND/OR WAIVED;
That the buyer's sole remedy shall be to obtain replacement of the product free of charge from Asana Climbing; and That this remedy is in lieu of all other remedies or claims for damages, consequential or otherwise, which the buyer may have against Asana Climbing. Asana Climbing shall have no liability for Any loss or injury caused, in whole or in part, by its actions, omissions, or negligence, or for contingencies beyond its control;
Asana Climbing is warranted to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of shipping. During the warranty period, the unit will be repaired or replaced by Asana Climbing at no charge as long as the unit has not suffered accidental damage, abuse, abnormal wear and tear, or misapplication after inspection by Asana Climbing. Such damage will be repaired at the purchaser's expense. Opening or altering the Product in any away voids this warranty. The warranty extends only to you, the original purchaser. It is not transferable to anyone who subsequently purchases the Asana Climbing product from you.
Shipping Details
Your order is important to us! We make every effort to deliver your order in a timely manner. Before you place your order, please read through the various delivery options and pick the method that best suits your needs. Questions? Send us a quick email to mail@asanaclimbing.com and we'll get you an answer promptly. Due to inventory issues and costs of shipping large items, if a disruption in shipping causes an order to be returned to sender, this may result in a refund rather than an exact replacement.
Due to high shipping volumes, it may not be possible to adjust your order once your order has been received and confirmed by Asana Climbing.
Orders received on Fridays, after 11 a.m. Mountain, or over the weekend, will process and ship on the following Monday or business day.
We make every effort to ship written requests for FedEx 2-Day Air and FedEx Overnight as long as the requested order is placed the same business day we receive them and that the inventory is available to ship same day. Orders should be received at Asana Climbing by 11 a.m. Mountain to ensure this service. Please note that Saturday delivery is not available for FedEx 2-Day or Overnight shipments.
Backorders/Out-of-Stock Items
Our goal is to ship all orders complete and on time. Occasionally we'll have an unplanned backorder or an out-of-stock situation. In this situation we'll contact you with a notification or offer of a comparable substitute product.
Please note that shipping and delivery times stated are business days and do not include weekends or holidays.
United States Ship Methods and Estimated Time in Transit (does not include holiday periods as estimation are unpredictable and typically delayed)
Our website offers only FedEx shipping, but in the event that we feel like a package may arrive faster through USPS, we will make that professional judgement. We will always provide a tracking number in
these events.
FedEx Home Delivery-Ground: 2-6 business day delivery (contiguous 48 States only) — orders must be received by 12pm Mountain for same-day shipping - Not available for PO Box and APO/FPO addresses
USPS: 3–7 business day delivery — orders must be received by 12pm Mountain for same-day shipping. This is the primary shipping method for PO Box, APO/FPO and general delivery.
FedEx Next Day Air/UPS Next Day Air: Delivers next business day — orders must be received by 12pm Mountain for same-day shipping - Not available for PO Box and APO/FPO addresses
FedEx 2nd Day Air/UPS 2nd Day: Delivers 2nd business day — orders must be received by 12pm Mountain for same-day shipping - Not available for PO Box and APO/FPO addresses
FedEx Express Saver/UPS 3 Day Select: Delivers 3rd business day after shipping — orders must be received by 12pm Mountain for same-day shipping - Not available for PO Box and APO/FPO addresses
United States: Contiguous 48 states
Our shipping charges are real-time-rates based on ship-to location, weight, dimension and applicable surcharges for oversized items. Shipping is offered on orders to the Contiguous 48 states.

Oversize ship charges apply and are added to the shipping charges for crash pads but these costs are typically available at checkout.
Larger Shipments (LTL/Freight)
Shipping charges for drag pads and custom padding units must be provided before the order is completed and the customer must approve and pay for these freight charges before the order will be processed.
Orders are accepted in US Dollars only. To avoid delay please include a street or physical shipping address for delivery (if you enter a PO Box, you will more than likely receive a call from us to request a physical address).

Return Policy
You are welcome to return anything that was purchased from Asana Climbing—both new and sale items. We ask that returns for fit, color, or function be made within 30 days and that items be kept in new condition with tags attached. Returns received in new condition after 90 days of the purchase date will be refunded with an Asana Climbing online store credit. You will be issued an Asana Climbing merchandise credit for the last known MSRP or if you bought item on sale, the credit will be for the sale amount.
To begin the return process, email mail@asanaclimbing.com. You will need your website order number and email to begin the online return process. In the email, please tell us the reason you’d like to return the item. We will direct you to the correct processes moving forward.
If you don’t have your order number, please ship your package with a carrier that provides tracking and insurance and include a note inside with your Name, Return Address, Phone number, email, and approximate time frame for when you believe to have placed your order with us.
If you bought the item from an Asana Climbing Authorized Dealer, please return the item to the store and we will deal with them.
Authorized dealers will not be able to process your return unless you purchased the item from them originally. We will always accept returns on behalf of our authorized dealers.
If you can provide a receipt or other proof of purchase, we will refund what you paid in the form of a merchandise credit.
Gift Returns
To begin the gift return process, email mail@asanaclimbing.com. You will need to provide the name of the person who purchased your gift and the general purchase date range. Please tell us the reason you’d like to return the item. We will direct you to the correct processes moving forward.
