ASANA X BENKY IS A COLLABORATION OF EXPERIENCE AND INNOVATION HIGHLIGHTING AN ADVANCED MULTI-LAYER IMPACT AND FALL PROTECTION SYSTEM

This innovative system combines a carpeted topper, a vinyl protective sublayer, high-quality granulated foam for pressure distribution system and PU foam for force absorption foam. This unique design achieves optimal compression hardness, thanks to our specifically constructed sandwich construction. The vinyl cover layer not only compresses individual foam layers, but also offers moisture protection. Across all our systems, the upper compression manifold joints are welded to prevent slippage and the formation of gaps. The finishing touch is our new seamless connector free carpet with sound absorbing properties, ensuring a top notch product.

SEAMLESS

This system is a multi-layered system which highlights a hidden seam system eliminating falling between pads. The seamless features also provide a distinctive single-cover aesthetic and function. Seam cover repairs are no longer necessary as this system does not use them. Instead it utilizes an underside reverse connective approach securing elements together in the system in a discreet manner out of the exposure of foot traffic.

FOAM

Asana uses the highest quality foams for our systems. For the Asana X Benky, we use a dual density foam configuration. The top layers disperse the energy and the lower layers absorb the shock of the fall. As a bonus, the multiple layers in your pads allow you to maintain your pads for years by changing out the elements of the system as needed. Our systems easily pass the safety requirements of ASTM F1292 for head impact attenuation.

Textiles

The carpet and vinyl textiles in this system are the highest quality grade available. We set a new standard for textile weight, durability, and water protection. The carpet is highly-resistant to trapping moisture, therefore minimizing mildew and unpleasant body odors which can collect on other commonly-used carpets. These textiles are incredibly easy to vacuum, and if you do so on a daily basis, your system will keep a new look for years to come.

This incredibly durable carpet over on a modular system provides a beautiful seamless look and a comfy landing. Every modular system provides the ease of superior serviceability. Your system will be designed on a grid-based system, so you will know the exact size and shape of each pad in the system. Simply remove the carpet and seam covers to repair or replace individual pads. Easy maintenance equals lower cost in the long run.

FOAM

Asana uses the highest quality foam for our carpet systems. Combing the carpet's ability to disperse energy, we also engineered several layers of specially selected foams to provide a balanced ratio of additional dispersion and absorption. To provide stability and predictability, we contain each grouping of foam in their own individual pad shell, providing cohesiveness to the system. Our systems easily pass safety requirements of ASTM F1292 for head impact attenuation.

Textiles

The carpet used for these systems are incredibly durable and provide years of use. The carpet is incredibly easy to vacuum, and if you do so on a daily basis, your system will keep a new look for years to come. The nylon foam covers under the carpet have a heavy weave, a coating of urethane, and are highly durable and water-resistant. You can expect the best quality.
