MODULAR SYSTEMS

Manufacturing & Installing the Premiere Customized Modular Systems Since 2004

MODULAR SYSTEMS ARE MADE UP OF MANY INDIVIDUAL PADS CONNECTED TOGETHER WITH VELCRO SEAM COVERS. FOR HIGH USE AREAS, WE NOW OFFER A "NO STITCH" HIGH-DURABLE LAMINATED SEAM COVER!

The Modular Advantage: Retains quality because of the ability to replace foam as it breaks down. Easy maintenance with each element of the padding system predesigned for flexible section adjustments.

Easy Maintenance

Modular systems are designed to be easy to understand and therefore easier to own and maintain. Your system will be designed on a grid-based system, so you will know the exact size and shape of each pad in the system. Simple remove seam covers to repair or replace individual pads. Easy maintenance equals lower cost in the long run. It all means your system will stay in better working order longer.

FOAM

Asana uses the highest quality foams for our systems. For the Modular System, we use a dual density foam configuration. The top layers disperse the energy and the lower layers absorb the shock of the fall. As a bonus, the multiple layers in your pads allow you to maintain your pads for years by changing out the elements of the system as needed. Our systems easily pass the safety requirements of ASTM F1292 for head impact attenuation.

Textiles

The nylon textiles Asana uses for our systems have a heavy weave, are extremely durable, and are highly water-resistant. They have long lasting color fastness and a high resistance to fading, abrasion, rot and mildew. These fabrics are incredibly easy to vacuum, and if you do so on a daily basis, your system will keep a new look for years to come.

"ROKC could not have been successful without Asana’s Modular Padding System. In our 100+ year old building we constantly had issues, so having the ability to quickly move a section of pads, get a scissor lift in there and fix the issue quickly before customers showed up was clutch."

- Andrew Potter, ROKC
