Tarped Systems have the perfect aesthetic because they span large areas creating a continuous landing system.
Asana uses a modular padding as the base structure in our 3D system. Modular pads are custom designed to fit the landing area perfectly and contain a top quality layering of foam designed for impact attentuation and durability.
The system modular pads are held securely by our revolutionary no-stitch seam covers which have proven to be an absolute game changer.
FOAM
Asana uses the highest quality foams for our systems. For the 3D tarped style pad system, we can use use high quality foams which disperse and absorbs energy from a fall. They are designed to be comfortable from the start and to create easy serviceability through the padding system's lifespan.
Because each layer stack of foam is encased in a modular shell, accessing the foam for repair and replacement is done quickly and easily minimizing down time in the gym.
All of our custom padding systems easily pass the safety requirements of ASTM F1292 for head impact attenuation.
Textiles
Asana chooses on the best textiles for our bouldering flooring systems. The fabrics are designed to withstand fall and impact as well as walking traffic, and many of our customers have commented that the covers and the tarps are the one of the best elements of the systems.
The ballistics nylon option for this system has an extremely heavy weave and is coated with underside urethane to minimize stretching and to provide high durability. The ballistic tarp is also incredibly water resistant.
