Job Opening: Full-Time Sales & Operations Support

Asana Climbing is thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity to join our growing team! We are looking for a Full-Time Sales & Operations Support to support the executive and sales team for both our manufacturing and retail brand side of our business. With big plans for 2025, we need a detail-oriented, goal-driven, organized, and adventurous individual to help us achieve our ambitious goals.

Asana Climbing is a bouldering specific design and manufacturing company. We have been a leader in the field for over 25 years and pride ourselves on our indoor and outdoor-based climbing products. We specialize in manufacturing landing pad systems for climbing gyms and we install these around the nation. We have an extensive retail side which we market and sell online and to retail stores and internationally.. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation: Collaborate with and support the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Accounts Receivable & Payable: Manage invoices, payments, and ensure timely financial transactions.
  • Bill of Materials Management: Work with our design and production team to build files related to materials use for our accounting and manufacturing process. This is a very specific part of the job and is trainable and not a prerequisite.
  • Customer Support: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues and assisting with order related requests to support the sales team.
  • Order Management: Processing orders, ensuring timely fulfillment and handling returns/refunds. 
  • Inventory Oversight: Coordinate with the sales team and warehouse team to ensure that inventory levels are kept up to date. 
  • Trends Management: Stay updated on industry trends to inform strategy and decision-making.
  • Data Management: Ensure accurate and efficient data entry across various platforms.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in email communication and tools.
  • Experience with Word or Google Docs.
  • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Strong accounting-based math skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to communicate professionally both on the phone and draft well crafted email responses.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage lead generation, inventory levels and all other tasks required of the sales team. 

Preferred Skills

  • Experience climbing or bouldering is a big plus, but not required.

Location of Position

  • This position will be in our headquarter office in Garden City, Idaho.

Additional Opportunities

  • Travel: Join our sales team at trade shows a few times a year, supporting booth setup and logistics.
  • Team Involvement: Participate in weekly Sales and Strategy Meetings to contribute your insights and ideas and report on weekly and yearly progress.
